Hi!  Welcome to the New Mexico TOPS Website, dedicated to sharing information and providing a place to visit for TOPS Members in The Land of Enchantment. What is TOPS?  If you ask that question, you must visit the Official TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Website at www.tops.org.

Better late than never!  SRD 2003 Information has been added to the NM News Page. Please enjoy our site, and drop by our Yahoo Forum where we can exchange information, recipes, tips, encouragement, etc.  There is a chat room available there, but there are currently no scheduled chats. If you would like to schedule chats, please contact Paula or Carla.  It works a LOT better when there are actually more than one or two people there!  :)
