With a 2 year commitment the modem will be
provided by GilaNet, and the modem will belong to GilaNet.
The modem will be returned to GilaNet when the contract is
terminated. Also with the 2 year commitment the customer will
receive 3 dollars off.

With a 1 year commitment the modem will be
purchased by the customer with a $3.00 dollar discount on
there GilaNet month to month bill.

Customer will need to sign a contract in order
for the special to be valid.

The special is only valid to Qwest Service
area.

The price includes gateway anti-virus, gateway
anti-spam, 24 hour equipment monitoring, and free technical
support.

Early termination of contract will result in
paying off the remainder of the contract in full.

customer if they want to renew the contract or go with the

Customer can still or be issued a static ip by
Western Interactive/GilaNet for an additional $10.00 dollars a
month. This price would be added to the monthly recurring
charge from GilaNet.

Qwest will bill you for the DSL service on
your phone bill.

GilaNet bills you for the Internet access,
which includes the standard service package (two mailboxes, 10
MB to store your own webpage, unlimited technical support with
a local call, web mail access).

If the customer does not have a qualifying
phone number and does not wish to order an extra telephone
line. This service is intended for people who do not
currently have a Qwest phone line, and wish to order DSL only,
no dial-tone.
Qwest charges for installation of the DSL service are
$99.00. There is special promotion of
no activation fee. DSL subscribers who select a Qwest product may
choose between renting or purchasing the Actiontech GT-701-wg.
Rental of the DSL equipment from Qwest is $5.00 per month or
it may be purchased for $59.99. Customers may also
provide their own DSL equipment. There is a $9.99
shipping and handling fee for the modem. All prices
shown are plus tax.
