Come Ride With Us

San Francisco River Outfitters offers their horseback pack trips into and over the same country that the infamous Apaches and bandits used to hide in. These pack trips start in April and run through September. We customize our ride so that you can explore, fish, photograph or just kick back and enjoy  the wide open spaces.

Beginning Riders Are Welcomed

We welcome beginning riders with half-day and full-day rides and can give them personal attention. Soon they will feel comfortable in handling one of our gentle trail horses. We want everyone to relax and enjoy their first time on a horse.
 

Enjoy Our Wilderness Camps

Clean, well-equipped tent camps are set up along the rushing wilderness streams where you will find quiet, lulling peace that you may have never thought possible.

San Francisco River Hot  Springs

Many of our guests like to make the short trip down to the hot springs to soak and enjoy the scenery. They usually see some Rocky Mountain  Bighorn sheep on nearby cliffs.
